Entries are now open for kayak cross selection this Easter weekend, with the event also providing an opportunity for three kayak cross competitions across two days.
Join the fun at Lee Valley White Water Centre, as the event is a great opportunity for the paddling community to get involved in kayak cross, with the discipline set to make its debut at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Running from 31 March to 1 April, challenge yourself in time trials and go head-to-head in up to three rounds per competition.
Whether you’re a seasoned kayak cross paddler or someone looking to take their first steps in the discipline, there’s a spot for anyone ranked in Slalom Division 1, have passed the Lee Valley White Water Centre assessment or show proof of similar experience elsewhere.
Those under the age of 18 on 1 January 2024 should enter the U18 Women and Men competition.
Entries are filling up fast and there are limited places available, so make sure you get on the start-list before the window closes on 14 March.
There will be 10 Pyranha Kayaks available for individuals to borrow. ALL other items (incl spray decks) will need to be provided by the athlete.
