YFS Mile End Mill
Requirements
The Youth Freestyle Series is here!
We’ll be starting with the first event at Mile End Mill on the River Dee, in Llangollen! An iconic freestyle destination with a range of features for all.
You don’t have to know any moves, some experience of grade 2 and you’re good to go. We’ve got a fantastic day planned, starting with small groups you’ll go for a paddle with some of the worlds best kayakers picking up tips and tricks as you go.
Once you’ve had chance to practice and warm up, we’ll go into jam style heats. Everyone will get a set amount of time to have as many rides as possible, and to do all the tricks they can. We’ll be using the European Open score sheet so everything scores. Paddle spins, loops, Cosmic Donkeys, all count!
We’ll finish up the day with a final activity, and then have prize giving. Prizes for boy/girl under 14, under 16, and under 18.
Registration will be from 9am, on the water at 10am.
In the event of a cancellation by us all entries will be given a full refund minus transaction fees.
Up to two weeks before the event date you are able to cancel for a full refund minus transaction fees.
After that no refunds will be given. You may transfer your ticket to someone else.
The cancellation policy for this event is the responsibility of the organiser. Please use the contacts for this to request details.
