Budapest-born Rebii Simon made her Olympic Games debut at Rio 2016, earning selection for Team GB for the women's K4 500m that placed a fine seventh in the final.
Also in 2016, Simon won World Cup silver in the K1 1000m in Racice meanwhile in 2018 she claimed bronze in the same event at the European Under-23 Championships.
In recent years, Rebii has formed one quarter of the British women's K4 500m team that has been battling with the top international boats, finishing in the top nine from five consecutive races between 2022 and 2023.
In 2023 Simon competed at the European Games in Krakow, finishing eighth in the K4 500m alongside Emily Lewis, Emma Russell and Deborah Kerr.
She enjoyed a successful junior career and in 2014 was shortlisted for the BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year Award after a fantastic year of competition saw her win one world junior silver medal and two European junior silver medals.
